    In the 1998 demo, part of mike's singing sounds EXACTLY like Kurt Cobain. Thoughts?

    Btw. I can see where you can see this Kurt Cobain thing, but i think Mikes voice is much too high, you can definitely tell that this cant be Kurt.

    Am I the only one who thinks Mike sounds so little like Kurt, that it's actually negative 100% Kurt Cobain?

    I mean I guess in a very, very, very openly interpreted way Mike sings in the 'style of' Cobain, but even that's a stretch to my ears.

    I can see why the tone of his voice would make someone think of Kurt, but Mike doesn't even sing in a similar melody to what Kurt usually does, Mike is trying to be melodic (overly) and has no rasp when he reaches a higher register.

    You've probably mostly heard the 'poppier' Nirvana songs if you make this comparison to begin with.
