Linkin Park To Start Filming Music Video For New Single Today

    This is excellent news. It'd fit with the supposed coming of a new single, so I bet "Burn It Down" just might be coming, if it's true.

    September is REALLY stretching things... If the single is released in mid April it should be released in late June at the LATEST.

    Overall though, I find this news to be kinda disheartening. Unless the video is either NOT Burn It Down or it's going to be released much later than the single, this really destroys the idea of having the single by April 16th. If this is Burn It Down, there's no way it'll be ready in less than 3 weeks. Of course I could really care less about the video, as long as the single is released on schedule.

    Yea your right...MTV is garbage. Just Trying to support the band though haha. Last year they lost to Paramore....Sort of a joke! LP facebook page isnt even advertising it like other bands...probably a good thing!

    Of course the video will be released weeks after the single hits internet/radio. That's how it always works.

    Yep, what he said. The only time LP even got close to simultaneous with a single/video release was "What I've Done". In every other case, the video came WEEKS after the single was out.

    What I've Done would like to have a word with you. Single and video released on the same day.

    I'm not trying to argue with the fact that MOST first singles are released weeks prior to their videos, but Linkin Park likes to be different.

    The band is going pretty fast now, I hope they keep up with this energy in the next albums. I still feel that ATS was released months ago :p
