Let's just start off by saying this: I'm a long time lurker of these forums. I've been reading threads here for about 2 or 3 years. I was here throughout all the ATS puzzle solving, and now most of the LT puzzle solving. Something changed in my today, and I finally thought, "Today is the day I become a member of the LPA". My name is Joe, but most of my friends in real life call me Schmo, explaining the username, haha. I pride myself in being a pretty intelligent guy, I'm a high school student with a 3.9 GPA, in a time when being smart isn't considered "cool". I also pride myself in having a pretty wide taste in music. I listen from anything from ragtime to hardcore to deathcore to electronica. That's why I respect LP so much as a band, they aren't afraid to try anything new. I tend to stay away from most mainstream music, but Linkin Park is one of my few exceptions. They were the first band I ever loved, and continue to love. So, this ends my "Saying Hello" post. I look forward to getting to know you all and become a valued member of the LPA community.
Hey schmo i feel the exact same way about linkin park how they arnt afraid to try new stuff. Its pretty cool how they can mix so many genres into themselves.
Yeah, that's why they're my favorite band! I'm seeing them live for the first time since August. I can't wait.
I am seeing them live for the first time on august 11th which is the opener. So i am hoping it will be a great show.

This wasn't that long ago, but all the speculation about who stl22 was during the first LT puzzle was pretty funny. I remember when the whole "try the ketchup" joke first started going around here. Oh, and I remember endless posts by Minus trashing Meteora. There's other stuff to, just can't come up with anything off the top of my head.
Good thing I registered then. I don't know why it took me so long to finally decide to make an account here. Looking forward to the experiences I'll have, lol.
