Longer Given Up Clip Surfaces!

Yeah, I accidentally left in the repeating growling part, and I only noticed it after I posted the link here.

 

Yeah okay, it did seemed a bit angry with the BIG letters wasn't ment that way.. but just don't come and tell me afterwards that you are dissapointed with all the other songs on the album because you expected that all the songs were like this.

 

I just hope the rest of the CD isn't a letdown after this. I don't think it will be but there are no guarantees

 

Everyone knows all the songs are not going to be like that. Why does everyone's opinion matter to you so much anyway?

Wow!! I am loving this song. I think this goes to show what I had said before, there is going to a mix of everything on this album. LP don't want to be labeled anymore so they are trying all new sounds and putting it on one record. I can't wait any longer. And I love that LP gave their fans this song, to show us all that they are still very much the LP we all love.

By the way I L-O-V-E this song!! Oh my!! I'll be honest I was "eh" at first with the initial clip but now this song has gone off the charts for me.

I can see it going into my "car cruise" CD as it's really up and going.

Hmm...this song kind of reminds me of new papa roach stuff...except a lot better. it's definitely growing on me.

 

So basically, the intro is absolutely AMAZING. That clapping is so cool. The verse is OK. I wish it was a little longer, but it's not awful. I think it will grow on me a bit though. And as some others have said, it's weird, but the chorus does suddenly sound better after hearing the verses. And I still think the cussing is totally unneeded. They were better without it. I'm going to remain cautiously, extremely optimistic about this album. Can't wait.

 

Yup this song is pretty good, i like it.

 

This song isn't as spectacular as people are making it up to be. It's okay, though.

 

If Linkin Park are trying to steer away from the Nu-Metal label, this song doesn't show it.

It's an okay song. Then again, I've always been a fan of the softer songs.

 

After listening to this a few times earlier today then running around town doing some errands, I got that "I've given up...." part stuck in my head forever haha. LP sure knows how to write and make a catchy song.

 

OMG yes, its incredibly catchy. I caught myself humming the "ive given up" part over and over. This song is going to definatly be a hit.

 

u know, w/ some editing software, we can just put the whole song together, all we needed was the beginning and now we're set.

i love the intro though. i would have never guessed it was Given Up

 

Looks great and i think it will be more ,in live performance
