Lostprophets have set their third album for a June 27th release date. Assuming from their Myspace with the line "Liberation Transmission: June 27th", their effort will be titled Liberation Transmission. The lead single from the album will be "Rooftops". The video might not be a trilogy as frontman Ian Watkins has planned due to its cost but they are shooting the video tomorrow night.
That's great. I heard they were recording in Vancouver, so I'd be pissed if they didn't play a concert here.
My hopes haven't been set too high. They didn't suffer from the "sophomore slump" so I'm afraid this album's going to be a disaster. But going in with low expectations is almost better because if the album's amazing I'll be doubly-impressed.
lostprophets are amazing - i hope this isnt a flop. FSOP and SS where both brilliant in their own right lets just hope this is good too!
This is great. I can't wait. I just started listening to Lostprophets again and I'm like holy jesus I was missing out on some older stuff to. 2006 is definitely rocking.
Start Something was one of my favourites of '04, If this is as good as that, it is a best album of the year contender for sure.
