I've seen a bunch of people on this forum that are interested in Lupe Fiasco and I just noticed an update to his Wikipedia page for the new album. It contains the already announced tracklisting (from Billboard) but adds producers to each track. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lupe_Fiasco's_The_Cool Looks like Mr. Shinoda produced two tracks on the album and a song was also produced by Patrick Stump. It'll be interesting to see how those turn out. Yes, I am aware that Wikipedia is not very reliable but Lupe has confirmed himself that Patrick Stump would be on the album in one form or another. EDIT: It's being released on December 18th! Haha, I forgot the release date.
Oh my god I am looking forward to this album. I have everything Lupe has ever made. I love him. Superstar is a brilliant song.
That's weird, because when he came to UNT a while back I asked him about Mike and he said he'd be producing on the NEXT album, not The Cool. Just some random weirdness to go around.
I saw Lupe on Halloween this year at the House of Blues and he played "The Coolest". Sick song. Lupe also managed to get my top 3 favorite producers on this album. DJ Premier, Kanye, and Just Blaze.
