Meteora Covers Editorial Comment: Here's the deal. This IS the album art for Meteora. As it has been confirmed. We are not sure if we allowed to post these or not, as a fellow german fansite got a very ugly letter from Warner Germany about this...but judging on how they are on the main German Warner site, along with amazon.de (a site that millions visit daily), we think the covers are pretty much leaked as it is. If one of the higher powers sees these and doesn't want them up, we will remove them immediately, but until then..
This album art is very interesting. I think it will take some getting used to but i think i will get over it. I think most people expected some kinda art by Mike and Joe. But however it is very different just like the band, different but awesome. B)

Warner Brothers Germany has had these for a few days now. A german fan of LP posted these on these forums way before you did, as well. So don't yell at us for posting these up and not giving you credit. He later requested we delete his thread. We didnt mention him in the news post because after what happened with his site, we didn't know if he wanted to be credited. So I'm sorry to disapoint you, but these are not your find.
I'm not really too impressed :'( I really love all the art-work on the other covers...it made me want to draw (which is scary if you're me) I was hoping this one would have a bit of art on it too...there's still hope yeah but...well you get what I mean... But heck...never judge a book by it's cover or in this case...a CD
I love the cover. I think it is awesome looking. And I'm glad LP decided not to use art for the cover, way too many people were expecting/wanting that. It seemed people were more excited about art than the actual CD Plus, that 40 page booklet is going to be FULL of artwork, so you'll still be able to get your art there
i agree. i'm not very impressed with these covers. oh well, the music should be awesome, that's all that matters.
yea i don't know why everyone is obsessed about the cover....... It's the music that counts not the cover.......
