This print interview was awesome. Kinda cool to see what Mike is into right now in music. Gave me some ideas!

I don't particularly care for Eminem that much, but he's definitely an artist. His skills as a rapper and composer are unfuckwittable.

Really? Fast-forward this video to about 2:58 and see why Eminem is the better rapper of the two:

I think he was talking about art, not talent. Em is damn talented, but I never got a doin-it-for-the-art-vibe from him. Pretty sure SHinoda plays more instruments than him anyway.

Hello Arlene, always a nice surprise when you show up!

Back to the interview, "I'm a Banksy, you're a Brainwash, get the picture?" sounds really cool.

    Because poetry isn't art.

In a pure literary art perspective, Em blows Mike out of the water.

Musicianship and lyricism doesn't restrict itself to just singing and instruments.

By the way, I wasn't arguing that Eminem as a complete artist is better than Mike. I was taking offense to Eminem being called only a "show".

Sorry, I didn't do what you said and ended up watching the whole video. Very informative and my respect for Eminem increased slightly. I still don't like what he raps about, but he is talented and I can see why Mike would pick him now....

The reason I have some contempt for Em is because he went from being overly provocative and immature to songs like 'Not Afraid' and 'Love The Way You Lie' where he got serious and confronted all of his demons etc. but then he went back to making the same old repetitive songs like 'Lighters' and 'Fast Lane' with Bad Meets Evil and adopted a really irritating vocal tone and a walk he thinks is like swag but in reality just looks like hes crapped his pants....

That doesn't make Eminem any less of an amazing rapper. And it doesn't make Mike any more "meh".

Just because something is overrated doesn't mean it's BAD.

And did you NOT watch the video I posted?

Of course overrated doesnt mean its bad, overrated is GREAT, shit i think LP is overrated now imo but they are great prob the greatest band of the 21st century
and yes Em is a sick rapper no doubt, it's just if Mike was by himself he would be bigger, but thats not the case

Not so sure about that. Mike WAS by himself with Fort Minor, and his verses on The Rising Tied were pretty damn laughable.
