I think we all wanna hear the whole damn album, thank you very much.
My lord, I need to hear this album now.
I wonder how long I will go just listening to A Thousand Suns after it comes out. Months possibly.
two weeks tops for me
lol pretty sure im gonna be listening to ONLY ATS for like a month straight.
This is my first album release. When do reviews by magazines/profesional writers usually come out (i.e. Rolling Stone)?
While I only see like 4 tracks that stand out to me due to just "comfort zone" factors. I am hoping this album has the same effect Hybrid Theory had on me.. as in I loved the whole the album from beginning to end, it was a nice ride to listen to everytime. Meteora / Reanimation (which I praise and love) did not have the same effect, and that itself is the reason I loved Hybrid so much.
Usually around the release, probably the week before, or a few days before.
I wanna hear a proper snippet of W&K Just 20-30 seconds, It'd get me through the 2 weeks haha.
Yay the spotlight is off me
Hrm,I really hope the previews up at midnight if not hope its during tomorrow.. don't know how long i can take with waiting.
Yikes I dont know whats happening but thank you so much for the front page listing. I wanted to give you guys as much feedback as I could.
*whisper* Prepare for impact...
I CAN HAZ RATING OUT OF 10?
Thanks a lot, haha. Sorry about the confusion but I think we may be okay!
I would go so far to say this is my favorite LP album from start to finish. Everything just felt "right."
I'd give it a 9/10, due to the fact that there are some out of place moments such as the last section of Blackout.
We had a good LONG talk with the heads of Warner Records.
9/10 after one listen? Damn. And I'm sure the oddity of Blackout will grow on us after each listen. Thanks man.
Same here. I literally felt blown away when I first heard HT. I think ATS will be the same.
I couldn't have said 9/10 RIGHT after hearing. Your mind has to process what the band was going for. This album is so far from the past LP. The songs that we listened to the 2nd time at full volume really got us jamming, further cementing the fact that this CD really does rock. I guess I wasn't thinking about the content as much the 2nd time. It was more of a "blow the windows out of the Warner conference room, with the heads of Warner" vibe. They were really into it too!
Im quite surprised we got to talk to them. The HEAD of freaking WBR and we were having an hour long discussion about LP with him. It was amazing.
