Mindless Self Indulgence was rumored to be on Family Values last year but declined to do it because they wanted to do their own tour, so I wouldn't be surprised if they don't do it. I'm definitely going this year whether it be just for MCR and LP or not.

I would, however, really love to see The Bled again and see MSI for the first time.

Man, all i can say is bring back PR:04
No offence to anyone who likes these bands, but LP can put together a better line-up than this.
Only decent band is MCR, and they're only decent 'cos of the black parade album, 3 Cheers grates on my ears.

No offense meant, but your just plain wrong about that. The lead singer has never layered his voice over himself, its called their guitarst actually has a rather good singing voice, and he sings back up vocals at parts.

they are a goood band, i forgot about the diversity thing my bad. But when i listened to their two new songs I heard two voices singing/layerwd for the whole song.

I don't think anyone understands the difference between vocal layering and background vocals.

Vocal layering is when one singer sings the same part two or more times and those two or more takes are layered over each other to make that particular portion of the vocal track more rich and full.

Background vocals are clearly different and very easy to discern, because background vocals are meant to be sung as a harmony to the main vocal.

Once again, No offense meant buuuut Like Will said, I think you may be confused on exactly what layering is. MCR doesnt layer, Ray Toro just sings with him as backup in parts.
The whole song? hopefully you meant that as an exaggeration, other wise you may want to get your ears checked out.;)
Heck, Ray doesnt even sing that much backup on there new stuff, or at least not as much as on there older stuff.

Mindless Self Indulgence is pretty good, but I don't see how a typical MSI (or even MCR for that matter) can stomach Linkin Park. MSI fans are diehard kids, and meaning that I'm one of those kids myself. I love MSI, I have a tattoo of them on my back next to a Deadsy tat but I don't want to go to a tour where all I hear is "YOU SUCK!!!" or "GET OFF THE STAGE POSEUR!!"

Well Im a huge MCR, MSI, AND Linkin Park fan.

Eventhough you would automatically think the bands fan base to be completely different, they really arent.

And There will always be idiots doing stupid stuff like that during other bands sets, But an easy solution is to "accidently" kick them in the head when you were trying to "mosh"
    :p

If the snoopdog diehard fans could deal with The Used in 04, I have a feeling this year wont be too bad.

This is basically the foundation of PR. It is an experiment, a Projekt of sorts, that is combining multiple bands with a diverse set of styles in hopes of making an impact, or Revolution, on the masses of the musically inclined. There is obviously a lack of rap/hip-hop in the tour which would complete the primary goal of the tour itself. The range of rock styles are very impressive as far as modern pop culture rock goes.

Regardless, Linkin Park is amazing. Ever since I bought and watched the "Live in Texas" DVD, I have been smashing my head against a wall waiting for LP to go back on tour.
