September 20th is the release date for the Album and Stricken is the actual first single which will be released in July. Interesting

September 20th?! Wow, they sure do want a long wait between this single and the album... maybe they plan on releasing another single right before the album launches? Either way, it's not a very smart marketing move, if you ask me.

I like it, it sounds more like The Sickness than Believe, which I personally prefer. Looking forward to this album...

Not sure if anyone knows this or not, but stricken is now on the media player on disturbeds official site disturbed1.com. Its definitely better quality than the other one.

This song is awesome. Yes GWAR is actual metal along with Anthrax and Motorhead.

I guess it's okay. It's better then that other song they had to promote the album.

I think I've honestly grown out of Disturbed cause it isn't neccessarily doing much for me, but maybe it'll be great when I hear it on MTV/Fuse.

Lyrics for anyone that wants them...I found them on the Disturbed Board and they we're submitted by David himself

With the second listen around to 'Stricken' (the good quality version) I liked it a lot more. I still think guarded could be better though.

I'll draw my opinions for sure though, when the final CD is released :).

This song is so awesome. It's the perfect fusion of David's signiture screams from The Sickness and heavy riffs of Believe.

I was left a little dissappointed with Believe since I really liked the edgy sound of The Sickness, I hope there are more songs like this on the new album, and less like Guarded. I like Guarded fine, but it sounds like it belonged on Beleive.

I really like both songs, Stricken has grew on me, although i've only listened to it twice. I'm waiting until the album to listen to it again.

I don't like this song. It's a bit too predictable and... drab.

Well, I really like Stricken now a lot more as I can relate it to a situation I recentely had. Also Guarded isnt that bad either anymore after a few listens.

I may very well pick up the CD when it drops, the lyrics seem to be pretty good.
