Well, Smith tied with the Rams earlier this year. I honestly don;t think this game had anything to do with who was playing QB, because Kaep had some amazing plays. I think the Rams just have their number for some reason, this year anyways. Kaep is the one who will get there team moving at a better pace in the future, he just needs experience first. I was hoping for another tie though. I was let down
