She's a grower. Once you get past the shock of the change in sound, it's a very solid album. As I said, Chris' two songs are my faves, which is weird because I didn't have high hopes. Few notes: Supremacy is an awesome mix of Map of the Problematique and Citizen Erased. Panic Station is dance-y as fuck. I love it. Follow Me reminds me of faster-paced Resistance. Animals starts off like an In Rainbows-era Radiohead in my opinion. Liquid State is my favourite, especially after finding out this and Save Me are about Chris' battles with alcoholism (did not know). Even Unsustainable has grown on me. It's better within the context of the rest of the album. Isolated System: Brilliant closer.
