"Starfuckers" really doesn't fit with the other songs, yeah. ;" It really breaks the flow of the album for me.

Still is 43 minutes long, full length by anyone's standards.

I don't really see Survivalism on that list. But the rest are definitely among my least favourite NIN songs.

I didn't get into NIN until 2 years ago. I didn't know what songs were singles or not besides Starfuckers Inc, which was really nice to start off on a clean slate like that. I'd heard 0 of his other songs. I love Head Like A Hole. The others on that list I'm still pretty high on, besides Closer.

I was reading some old posts in the thread and still find it funny that one of Trent's least liked albums is With Teeth. I still can't undertstand why people think it can't stack up to his other albums. There's maybe only 2 blemishes on the entire thing and the rest of the songs are brilliant, like always. The only thing I don't like is that it's not a concept album.

Trent said he would have enough material after the scoring of The Social Network to come out with a record or two. So hopefully those will be coming up soon. One can never have enough Trent Reznor in their lives.

I can still only really listen to All The Love In The World, Beside You In Time, and Right Where It Belongs. The rest just seems like... meh.

Hall of the Mountain King cover is great haha.

With Teeth doesn't have horrible songs really - for me, it's just less interesting than most of the other albums. Right Where It Belongs and Beside You In Time are still great songs though. Home is also brilliant, should have been part of the actual album rather than a bonus track.

I made a cover of The Frail last night. I just played piano at first. No effects, no other sounds, just piano. But decided to add the cheesy rainfall and thunderstorm to add some more depression to it lol. I think the piano all by itself is fucking dominant. I don't know why I added anything else. I did play it somewhat differently, but it's like 90% the live version of the song.

I don't think V2 can stack up at all.

They're about even for me. I like the stripped sound of V2.
And if you disagree, you're wrong.

The original album version is the one with the audience sounds, right? If so, I love that version. It tells a story.

Yeah. The album version has to be in the top 5 NIN songs for me. Well, at least top 10. I don't know if I could ever make a top 5.
