Papa Roach: New Album Is 'Like A Meat Locker'

wow i really can't wait 4 the new papa roach stuff.I loved GAwM

 

If it's anything like the Getting Away With Murder album, I'll bash my head against the wall.

I'll check it out anyway...it just better not be like that album, at all.

 

I'm with Andrea on that one. If they produce anything like GAWM ever again i'll give up on Papa Roach. It'll be interesting to see how this turns out. Can't wait for more news

 

I also would feel a distaste for a second Getting Away With Murder-like album. That album sang "we're angry... not really" and I felt it was over hyped. I'll be checking this album out, but like it's already been stated, I hope they've stepped away from Getting Away With Murder's material and give us something great.

In all honesty, I pretty much gave up on Papa Roach post-Lovehatetragedy. Everything that came after that album (well, that's kind of blowing it out of proportion but nonetheless) was a stray far from what they originally were... I just want Papa Roach to produce another Last Resort-like song, damn it!

 

Cant wait for this album to come out

ur not alone, I loved GAWM

 

I liked parts of GAWM, but overrall I felt it didn't really know what it was supposed to be as an album, and so felt a bit weak.

I hope this album takes the best parts of GAWM and mixes them with the rawness of Last Resort.

 

I hated "Getting Away With Murder", too.

I was quite a big fan of Papa Roach but I stop listening to their music because it got a bit boring for me.

I hope they try to make something that doesn't sound so late-90's,early-00'sish, something creative...
I mean I hope this album will be innovating or at least better as GAWM.

By the way, GAWM it's my favorite Papa Roach album sooo far !.

...seriously. That has to be the worst line EVER to hype ANYTHING.

 

Im expecting a CD almost the same as GAWM except more songs like Scars.

EDIT: That doesn't mean I'm excited about it.

 

gawm was pretty decent as an album.i loved lovehatetragedy more than any other PR album

 

i really want this album. i love the catchiness of papa roach, so if this song has hooks, i'm in.

 

I think I like this information and gets me more pumped up about the album, Coby sounds a little crazy in his post though

this album should be great!

 

GAwM with horrible if anything....i hope its more like Infest, that was actually decent...
