Photo Scavenger Hunt Contest

The Premise

Alright, so the last contest has been over for awhile, but I didn't want to start a new one up until the Math Squad had their 100 days as a custom user group come to an end. Now that those members have been returned to their previous ranks, a new contest will begin.

This one is different than the others. It's not an individual competition, rather it's team-based. Teams will be made up of 3-5 players of your choosing. You choose who you want on your team, how many people your team is comprised of, and what your team name is. The winning team will win their own user rank, in the name of their team, for 100 days.

I and some of the staff have come up with a list of 15 photos your team will be required to submit. Some of them will require you to actually go out into your community and take pictures, others will ask you to wear an item, and other pictures are somewhat unorthodox (to cut down on photoshopping). This contest is not designed to embarass anyone, I promise you. It's just designed to be fun in nature, and to promote some competitiveness and co-operation between forum members. Teams will be responsible for deisgnating who gets what pictures.

The first team to submit all 15 pictures will win the aforementioned user rank of their choice.

We may even make a gallery of all submissions in our image galleries (with participant permission, of course).

Requirements/Rules

01. You must have at least 1000 posts to enter.
02. Your team names and members, including a designated leader, must be submitted via PM by Sunday, January 7th at 11:59PM EST (one minute before Monday on the East Coast). Any team lists submitted after that time will unlikely be accepted, unless I'm feeling nice.
03. Teams can have a minimum of 3 members or a maximum of 5.
04. No freeloaders: Each team member must submit at least one picture to the collective 15. (So choose those who have picture taking abilities!)
05. Do not submit pictures one-by-one: The team leader must compile all 15 pictures within a zip file and e-mail it to [email protected] as soon as they've compiled all 15 pictures.
06. Please label the pictures accordingly. If you're submitting the picture corresponding to item #6, call the picture "06.jpg" or something similar, to make things easier for me.
07. To make things fair, the list of items will be distributed at some time in the afternoon/night during Monday, January 8th, so keep your eyes peeled for that thread during that day.
08. Photoshopping is not allowed.

So get going! If you're interested, post here saying so. Anyone without a team can be assigned to one, so don't worry if you're not that close with some of the other members. This contest is meant to promote communication between members.
