So I don't think I ever shared these on here, at least to my knowledge. So here we go! The date was Feb 21st 2008, my second LP concert. This one being at Madison Square Garden, the first time! Chiodos and Coheed where pre-main acts and I actually enjoyed them more than Prjkt Revo in 07', which I have very little pictures of. Anyway to give you an idea how close I was, Claudio played his solo right in front of me. So finally LP hit the stage. It was Sal's 40th LP show and I had a huge fat drunk guy next to me that was being uber annoying and doing really creepy crap to some cute girls but anyway, it was amazing. My friend Nick got Phoenix's bass pick and I shook hands with Chester during In The End. Mark Fiore got that moment on tape, but I never saw it. If you have the DSP for the show you hear me a few times. Unfortunately, this isn't in HD, I don't think Vimeo allowed 8 minute HD videos at the time. I do have an HD copy though. After that show, Dead By Sunrise was just making it's way out when I found out that their first show was going to be at the Gramercy Theatre the night of the album release. The best part about that show, TICKETS WHERE $20. The DBS show at Gramercy was amazing. Chester gets a DVD thrown at him and I think underwear at one point. He jokes about the DVD, good stuff. Walking in Circles was awesome. I think the band that played before DBS was part of some pre-selected band challenge or something and they were quite the freaky bunch. All I remember where things about watermelons and the lead vocal throwing condoms into the crowd. These are awesome. I was exactly dead front and center Feb. 13, 2008 at Xcel. I was probably 10 feet from the stage. I didn't take any awesome stuff like this though.
I took some awesome HD videos at London day 1 but my camera died so only got the first few songs. It also died at the Summit too I'm looking forward to your ATS tour footage Schen!
