From what I've gathered on Twitter the guy was shouting at Chester that "He's not Scott Weiland" and was just being generally obnoxious.
To this day, I still can't find an answer to this question. Seen it at bigger shows too, where you have to buy expensive tickets maybe six months or so in advance
