    Yeah I'm trying to get myself into shape aswell. I lost my fucking security key for my tredmill though.

    Quiestion: why the hell would a tredmill require a security key? It's not like someones gonna come up into my room and jack a giant piece of machinary. :lol:

    I wish I had a treadmill.

    Whenever we used to go into the weight room for gym class every other day, I'd spend all of the class period walking and running on the treadmill.

    The gym I go to doesn't have that crap on the treadmills. Just a giant stop button for you to hit (which won't help you too much if you fall backwards and fly off the thing)

    But yeah, it fucking hurts when you're just starting out. I had to run to Staples after I went to the gym and was so tempted to park in the handicap spot :lol:

    Driving back home from the gym is really gonna suck next month when I get my new car which'll be a manual transmission, more foot and arm work.
