Their Gamertag Servers are having Issues so if you try to recover your Gamertag it usually fails when downloading for some reason or if you get lucky you can recover it

i got my 360 today and since i have live at my dads house ive been trying to recover all day, no luck. some people get it in 3 tries, some 100...they better get it working again before i get Halo 3
