What else can I say... it's awesome! Most songs get back the feeling Reise Reise lacked, the darker, melodic side of Rammstein, and however keep the musical evolution that represented the said album. Songs as Rosenrot, Mann gegen Mann and Zerstroen stand apart for the overall sound, while Te quiero puta! is just... brilliant ! In fact, Rosenrot (the song) sounds like a polished version of Stein um Stein and Dalai Lama, a version wich totally corrected the weak points of those songs. Heard it yet?
it's a very good album. i really like "stirb nicht vor mir". it has a very catchy and beautiful melody and hopeful lyrics, even though it's sad. the best story on this cd is "hilf mir" to my mind. the dark feeling of the song matches the lyrics. "mann gegen mann" is the best song on the cd with its provoking lyrics and great riff's. check it out
have they released any of their CDs in English? i've heard a couple in english, I think I heard Du Hast, but it just didn't have the same "bad ass, gonna fuck you up" vibe as it did in German will Rosenrot come out in English or do I need to learn German? lol
^ there's an Engel english version too i think. And stripped is in English. I'm being good and getting the CD Edit: you can find translations at Herzeleid.com, if you can't understand german.
I'm buying it for some guy in America cos he can't wait. The things you do you people on the forums you mod, eh
i heard bad things about this magazine on internet and in the kerrang magazine, but this is a great album, the main difference is it is not as rock as the other songs, like feuer frei, or mein herz brennt, but this album brings out the softer side of rammstein 9/10
It would make sense because Stripped is a Depeche Mode cover. Amerika was recorded in English as well.
