If you are referring to LP's new single, yes. Otherwise, I don't have a preference as to the direction you choose to burn my opinion, which is what you did anyway by skipping everything I said and focusing on the closing sentence. lol

It depends of the album. It goes from hard rock/nu metal to hip-hop and alternative. Oh and I remember having a LP song which was originally taged as country....I think it was an HT EP song. I did never get it. ahah

Welcome to all the new members and older ones that don't post regularly. I was the same way for the pre-ATS release and you all made a great decision to join. If you haven't made an account, do it.

Remember, Burn It Down is just the title. I remember during Mike and Chester's UStream chat a few years back they were talking about Blackbirds and the 20 second snippet we got. They joked around how all the fans were over-reacting and over-analyzing the entire song based off a quick snippet. You could definitely see that here with people bugging out saying that the title determines how great of a song it will be. Still anticipating a confirmation (although the sources are reliable) and very, very excited to hear some new material.

 

Well..... Maybe we will have to wait longer than we though......

To me, a release date is never reliable, regardless of the source. I only feel secure when I hear the music in my speakers. Too many times I have gotten amped up when an artist releases a date, only to have it be pushed back. Kid Cudi, Kanye West, and even Linkin Park are guilty of this, and I follow all of them very closely. I appreciate the band's silence, and when they do say something, I want it to be concrete. I await patiently, and as exciting as April 16th sounds, I do not have my hopes up.

 

Hm, curious... But if they're trying to undo the damage, it's already done..

It's possible but I don't think so. The thing I'm afraid of is that april 16th was too soon, and that it will be pushed back to another date.

 

If that was the case, why delete the whole thing? Could've just changed the date to TBA/TBC etc..
