"except, we are doing a limited run of this, and keeping it out of stores, so its only for the die harders.. ya know? the people that really give a crap about this band... something that not the average person can go buy, or i doubt they will ever find out about it... anyhow.. back to mixing.. see you dudes later"

    I'll probably download it

I'm definitely buying it off the hurley site cause I love collecting EP's and albums from my favorite bands.

But since it's an EP...and Beau's doing it...It won't be over produced like their album was I can guess.

    So I'm excited.

    This is amazing news.

I think the title is fitting. Their first EP (Translating the Name) had a white cover, their second EP (the self-titled EP they sold on Warped Tour) had a black cover, and now this one's probably going to have a grey cover (unless they're not going to go with the obvious).

It'd be amazing if it were neon orange.

I hope Capitol just lets Beau produce LP2 without Howard Benson. If Capitol makes them have a producer I'd rather see them with somebody else like Brian McTernan (Thrice, Hot Water Music) or Steve Evetts (A Static Lullaby, Everytime I Die) overseeing the project. The tracking sounds very hopeful.

Well, I think he did a decent job with the vox on the debut album. But, instrumentally, Saosin owned on their pre-debut material, so it's mad to see them back in the DIY mode there :)

Yeah, so it turns out "Keep Secrets" was the song I watched them tracking all day on Saturday last week. :)

I'm not too impressed by the EP. The songs are good but the songs also sound like they came right off Saosin.

I've only just realized that the torrent that I'd downloaded was made up of web-rips. I think that's why I thought it sounded so bad.

Hopefully someone gets a proper rip up some time soon.

I have to admit, they're bloody good songs, but I feel Cove really has lost some of his range due to all the touring...

Its a shame, but he still sounds good.
