You give me reassurance This time i wont be left, On my own again hurting The thoughts whirring in my head. You say this time it's different I didn't seek hoping to find, A friendly ear to listen To help me find some piece of mind. And though i've strayed at times From this path i undertake, You never judge, nor sound disheartened If a promise, i should break. Finding strength from words spoken They show to me, that you care, What i say,how i feel I know that you've been there. And though my sleep is restless Just knowing that your there, If i wake and i should need you I know you will be there.
i'd call the poem INsecurity...i mean for the way i see it. loved the flow. a nice sober piece. very well!
