It's becasue they aren't to blame no artists should be to blame. If a person decides to kill another human being, there has to be alot more than just music that inspired him to kill.

Stop riding Linkin Parks dicks for god sake. Are you a killer? Do you know what i feels to be a killer? No (well maybe). You guys don't know shit what he went through. It made him feel better when listening to LP while he killed and after, so get over it.

    Fucking groupies.

Wait until the media gets this at this, they'll tear LP to pieces. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if a game/movie/song 'causes' someone to go out and kill, it's not the movie, its a psycological disorder with the person.

Okay. Maybe it did make him feel 'better' about himself, while listening to LP. Or maybe it prevented him from killing MORE people.. or killing people in the most degrading way....

Meh, whatever. LP being a 'reason' to kill, does not justify his actions. He still killed. And that's not a healthy thing to do, now is it? :(

Do you mean psychopath? Just for the recored- people who have a psychopathic disoder actually have a mental illness. They can't help it.. and making stereotypes like they are all abnormal is silly, most people could control it.

If you'd even read the article you would have discovered that

    .

Why not just read more than the words Linkin Park and then mabye you won't jump to conculsions!

Eh, I don't really trust a site like that...

But either way, if it is true...The musics not to blame, he obviously has mental issues. You can't say LP's lyrics are hardcore "go kill stuff" or anything like that. But just compare it to shit like Slipknot pushing their fingers into their eyes..haha, now that is crap.

    *sighs*
They did this with Marylin Manson when the Columbine shooting happened.
If you're going to point fingers at someone, point it at the person who commited the crimes, not the artists he/she was listening to.
Why would you say music motivated you to kill, when it's probably something much deeper?
This kid should see a flippin therapist before he goes blaming people who are here to make life a bit more bearable.
    Think about it.

The song 'Crawling' SAVED my life.
It didn't make me want to kill myself even more than I already did.
    Sheesh...

ok, i know I was rambling, but it cheezes me off when people blame music for everything that's wrong in the world.

Yeah, LP saved peoples lives, now this guy claims it helped him kill people? Frickin weird. If I listen to Mozart and murder 10 people and I blame him, he'll all of a sudden be a bad dead role model.

    lol. that's a good point.
I love how you chose Mozart.
But it's the truth. Humans naturally blame others for their own actions. *sighs*
I still wonder what LP thinks of this, or if they're even letting it get to them.
    Pheh, I doubt it. :p

i think what this guy said spoke from the heart what else does he have to lose?
he just gave a conscious description of what lp's music does to people
this guy unfortunately took it to the extreme
