Well, the cycle for The Hunting Party is over, so I think it's time this thread came back to life and posts for THP go up.
Of course when I suggest it nobody listens! We had a discussion about this before, and most of us agreed that we should wait until some of the hype for LP7 starts bringing more people here so we can have a lot of users participating. Maybe when we get a single or a news update on the album.
That's too long away, and then we have to wait for that album cycle to finish to write about that album.
I am still against reviving this thread, but I barely care so do whatever you want. I think Faint into Pieces should have the final say in this.
Well you know what fuck me. Everyone against it when I suggest it, everyone for it when Kevin suggests it. I can't win.
I'm pretty sure someone like Kevin makes a big post for each song. Once he post Keys to the Kingdom we talk about it, then so on and so forth sequentially through the album. We wait for the main post to talk about each song though. If I remember correctly.
That is correct. However, it is currently the task of Faint into Pieces to write the posts. And we don't wanna put any pressure on him to start/finish so we'll have the conversations as he sees it fit to write the posts. That is, if he still wants to do them. If not... well we'll deal with that as it comes.
It's your lucky day, because guess what, I already PM'ed Faint back in October about this, and he said he was down for it.
The write up for Keys To The Kingdom is essentially complete, along with a few other tracks. Personally I'm torn between posting now or waiting till early 2016 - especially with the upcoming holidays. I can't see there being too much action on the forums till January unless LP does the unimaginable and releases a single.
