It's better this way I think. 15 years doing nothing is fucked up.

I think it's time for her to die,but geez...she's a freakin' human being for crying out loud.Pain or no pain, she's still alive and starving her to death is just cruel. [/b][/quote]
Terry Schiavo the human being died 15 years ago. They're just trying to keep a shell alive now.

exactly. she has no ability to comprehend anything. so why waste all the time and money on her. im not trying to sugar coat anything, and make it sound like its not big deal. because it is. she is alive and like the rest of us she deserves to stay alive. but right now the only thing keeping her alive, is her husband, and he has to tend to the needs of his own life. and right now its not fair for him to have to keep both himself and her alive.

Her parents and husband need to just give up this case, because they need to let nature take its course, and they need to learn to give up their daughter/wife. Fifteen years is too long, and they need to stop with the case. Casey is right in saying that Terry died 15 years ago, so it would make no difference if they ended it now. It's fucking rediculous how much this protesting is going on towards this.

I also heard that a part of her brain is simply jelly now. It's just a bunch of.. bleh. Don't think much can help her recover. Except maybe for stem cells, in the future. Only if the Republicans would just let more research be done...

It's a shame to see the federal government trying to intrude on the rights of the invidual. The husband has the right to pull the tube, and he did. He's the legal guardian, and he has the choice. So there, end of story. :p

I'm sure if her family really loved her, then they'd let her go into the "better place".

I agree with what the judge has done. I doubt there'll be any recovery, even if they tried.

    I agree with you 110%. ;)
If it wasn't for publicity, Bush wouldn't do it most likely, IMO.

They should pull the plug already. 15 years, she's not going to change any time soon. She could be suffering for all we know, she probably wants us to kill her. Hell, she's been in this stage longer than I've been on earth. 15 years is a long enough time for her to heal, obviously it hasn't happened.

    Pull the plug.

    edit //
Oh and what about tax dollars? Isn't some of that money going towards keeping that lifeless body of her's alive? ;)

The thing is, polls show that a majority of the people are on the husband's side. :p

    Terri Schiavo's Livejournal

WARNING: DO NOT CLICK IF YOU ARE VERY EASILY OFFENDED

Looks like the people who are sick of hearing about this, now have found a sick way to make fun of the situation. I think the joke is wrong but they should've given her a lethal injection or something a long time ago.

Dont let her starve, sure injections are murder but they're instant and painless.

How do they know she cant feel hunger? Have they ever been veggies? No.

You do of course understand that her husband also wants to let her go... it's just her parents who want her to live.

If you need help finding me, go find the Devil. I'm usually nearby.

Either that or go past the VIP section to the VVVIP section.

Apparently my seat is right next to Adolf Hitler's and Ronald Regan's seats.

Really now? So you're that Casey that I'm sitting next to.

Can we switch seats? Stalin's being an ass right now.
