I watched Tarzan at the cinema when I was like 10 years old. It was awesome!

The Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella were decent too. I don't think I've watched Mulan in full so I'll have to watch that soon.

    Lmfao at those Spanish vids!

Do it. It's an incredible movie to me, not because of humour or anything (it does have some very hilarious scenes ), but for the message.

Ha ha, Timon's awesome. The final line from the Rabbit in the Alice in Wonderland video I posted (before he smashes the watch with the hammer) is.. "YOU GOTTA TREAT THE CRAZY PEOPLE WITH LOVE!!!!!" .. I laughed my ass off when I first saw it.

Me too! It's a very special movie for me. Not trying to make this thread serious as fuck but that was the first movie I watched in cinemas and one of the only ones I watched with both my mom and dad (they divorced pretty soon after that movie came out) so yeah that makes it really special for me!

Mulan is great too, gotta love Eddie Murphy as Mushu!

Same scene but in my language!

Timon and Pumba talk like I do (Flemish or in other words, Belgian Dutch) while the rest talk like the peeps in Holland do!

Aww, yeah, these movies have a lot of childhood memories for me too. It's crazy how kids these days have no idea about the awesomeness of these classic Disney movies. I don't think my little brothers have even watched The Lion King. :/ I'm gonna force them to watch some of these movies, haha. :alf:

You do that. These movies have some brilliant messages. I'd say that important life lessons can be learned by watching these movies! They're that awesome

I love almost every single animated Disney film (let's not talk about Home on the Range). I'm a pretty big Disney buff, actually, and I worked down in Orlando for them for several months and plan to go back sometime soon. My favorite has always been The Lion King, and it's actually my favorite movie period.

Surprisingly that's one of the few classic movies that I haven't seen.

I just remembered, 101 Dalmatians is another awesome movie, and The Emperor's Groove is to LOL all the way.

The Emperor's New Groove is the best Disney movie of all time and if you disagree with me you're a Nazi. And you also hate video games and movies.

Being a 90's child, I am forever in love with the Disney Renaissance. Plus a couple of films on each tail end.

No love yet for Peter Pan? Also, even though I'm a boy, I liked Beauty and the Beast as a kid. I saw it in the movie theater with my mom and dad and at a Disney On Ice event.

    LMAO!

Since this is the Disney thread, this is appropriate. I'm totally learning this. Because it's fucking awesome.

Well I watched I think all of Disney animated movies that were released till 2000, but couldn't really watch all those sequels that pointlessly were released later. I didn't bother to even look for all 3 Belle and Cinderella sequels since synopsis pointed out its not for me.
That said: The Great Mouse Detective, The Rescuers, Lion King, Black Cauldron (even if Disney is ashamed, it was great creepy film), Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Ducktales, Oliver & Company... Not to go through whole catalog but almost every film from that period was enjoyable to me.

Words cannot express how much I love The Lion King and how much I hate the fact that I haven't seen it in years

Tangled is one of the best films Disney has EVER come out with. Props to them for still being able to create a classic fairy tale movie and have it be one of their best.
