    home.alone
    twisted world.
    old school playtime.
    arachnophobia.

Thank you Anya and Marj and anyone else who I'm to lazy to find their names. Sorry 'bout that.

Oh, and Marj, I wouldn't want to be a professional, besides, there are far better than me. I'ma new kid to this stuff. I'm more interested in designing (which I may end up doing for a DVD).

 You are really great. That is exactly the type of thing I would do, except I don't have the propor equiptment. What kind of camera do you use?

    Again, those are great.

Can't tell you the full name off the top of my head, but it is a Minolta. I used a 50 mm Macro lens with a macro adaptor (lets you do more demanding macro photography.), I also havea wide angle lens, which I used with some of the scenery shots I'll have up when I get my slides back from Halifax and I have a telephoto lens, not sure what the sizes are on the wide angle and tele photo.

The camera it'self is almost 25 years old, my dad has three of them but I use this one.

    Also, thanks!

    Thanks alot!

Yeah, I mainly do photography to fill my time, but chances are most of this stuff will somehow be used as stock photos for my designing.

You look a bit sad, which I like. Beautiful. <3

And Aaron, you are great! You should become a prof at it. :)

Jila, you too. You both have so much skills. I am too jealous. <.<[/b][/quote]
thanks! I think my forehead's a bit large, though. Heh.

aaron: when did you begin experimenting with macro? I really like In Life and Death. Especially of the petal on the leaf. Nice shots. ;-)

minus: I like the first one of the girl the best. Was this taken in a car? The way the different parts of the picture contrast is neat; the sky with the girl and the top of the window... Cool picture.

I was starting to get pissed off with digital so I decided to take up film, which was about mid-August I guess. My dad had all the good stuff already, 50 mm macro (standard), macro adapter, and telscoping lens.

Let's just say I'm really frigging lucky the shots came out the way they did, it's impossible to keep a steady had with macro. That's why I'll be using a tripod from now on.

    Thanks aswell!

i made this print from the chicago pictures i took a while back. because my new photography teacher wanted to see our work. i had to take a picture of it because my scanner isnt working. she didnt have any film cleaner so its dirty. and she didnt have a grain focuser so its blurry (plus the no-flash picture)

I like that picture too (although for reasons other than the way it looks... ). Yes, this was taken in my friend's car on the way to this Ropes course we were going to.

Here's the original picture (cropped as quickly as I could, so not exactly the same.

    Drools.

I so wish I could work with non-digital cameras and have a darkroom and all that jazz, but it's just not in the budget.

    OMFG.

I swear there are so many pictures in this thread that would seriously be on an album cover.

I'll just take that as a compliment, even though I'm gunning for the cover of National Geographic. ^_^ Thanks.
