well I'm gonna estimate. If they are already working on the video then that means the 1st single is ready for radio, Tool videos take awhile to finish so I'm gonna say that will be all done by mid February and the video will be put out in mid March in foreign countries and start of April (as well as put on the radio) in the US. Albums usually come out a month or two after the 1st single is put onto the radio so I'm gonna guess May or June 2006. Since everyone already knows about the video being made they won't take too long to put it out.
In the Big Day Out programme it says Tool new album Autumn 2006, which in this US is Spring, so April sounds good.
Well it's been confirmed that Tool are playing the Roskilde festival which is at the end of June. if the CD is coming out in April that means it would be out for a whole 2 months before Tool plays a show to premote it so I don't think it's coming out in April unless some shows get confirmed soon.
