    Hell is a b-side from Ten Thousand Fists and Dehumanized is a b-side from Believe.

    Ok, well there out there on the internet, so do you're best and find em.

    I believe these tracks are featured on the Stricken Singles, as there are two versions. They may also be bonus tracks on a limited edition of the album.

    Both of those tracks were released on the Stricken singles. Monster is going to be relased on iTunes as a bonus track when you buy Ten Thousand Fists.
