So I went to go look at my email and looked at my order status and it says my ticket is being shipped to another address. Some how it is saying I typed in my city and zip code in wrong which i know i didnt. I typed in the new address on google map and its saying it is the same as mine? My address is REMOVED, and its saying its being shipped to REMOVED, but google maps says there is no such thing and points at my house. Im really confused on what I should do. Any help guys? O the 2 cities are side by side to each other

Posting here isn't going to help. You have to contact the ticket agent for it. Plus, do you really think posting your address on a public forum is a good idea? Just saying.

I removed your address from your post because posting your address on a public forum like this is a pretty stupid thing to do.

There is no one on the LPA who can help you. You need to contact whoever you purchased the ticket from.

Topspin is a joke. The horror stories I've heard about them concerning their handling of LPUX and even the tickets is quite simply hard to fathom. I strongly recommend LP consider a different company in the future.

You're one of the few they helped with. Carlson had to contact the BBB to even get in touch with Topspin via phone.

I too am still having problems with my LPUX account (although I don't care as much now since I had the meet and greet lol). They said that they would forward my problem to LPHQ...that was 3 weeks ago. These people are worthless. I've never experienced worse costumer service. Sorry to hear you're having problems man.

It was really easy. I contact the place it said on the receipt, they gave me the address to contact topspin. Topspin contacted me within 2 hours and just said give us your name and a new ticket will be waiting for you at the venue. I thought it was gonna be a huge pain getting a new ticket

If I were you I'd still be nervous as fuck. You're basically counting on them to have your ticket on the day of the show. That's pretty sketchy if you ask me.
