Yeah, basically, it's bands that you like that probably no one else on LPA has heard of, except for maybe a few people like Odaton or something. Because he's awesome like that.

I'll suggest some songs. You'll be able to find them, trust me.

Error's Burn In Hell, Nothing's Working

Merzbow's Ropes In Tears, Seishi Seppuku Kei

Black Dice's Big Drop, Things Will Never Be The Same

From A Second Story Window's I Tried Voodoo Once, In A River Where You Least Expect It

    Portishead's Roads, Glorybox

Einsturzende Neubauten's Youme & Meyou, Perpetuum Mobile

K-OS's Crabbuckit, Man I Used To Be

    Papoose's Alphabetical Slaughter

    Saigon's The Colour Purple

The last 3 I listed are some of my favorite rappers, so yeah.

Now list your favorite "unknown" bands. Or not-so-well-known bands.

Yah K-Os is wicked the whole album Joyful Rebellion is great. I'm starting to like his previous album Exit a bit too.

    Here are a few bands:

    Social Code
    Tupelo Honey
    Drive By Punch

I'm not sure how many people have heard of Thornley, I'm guessing most Canadians have but I'm not sure how big they are in the US:

The Methadones - Mess We Made
A Wilhelm Scream - Famous Friends and Fashion Drunks
Belvedere - Slaves to the Pavement
Reggie and the Full Effect - Apocolypse Wow
Silent Film - The City Is My Sea
Fireign - Killer In The Night
Commonname - Three Piece Happy Home
Stereotyperider - One For You or You're Not Safe With Us

Fireign and Commonname are local, but split up bands. Fireign is metal whereas Commonname are more of a heavy rock/punk.

The Methadones, A Wilhelm Scream, Belvedere, and Silent Film are all punk.

Reggie and the Full Effect is rock and so is Stereotyperider. They're all amazing bands.

    Streetlight Manifesto
    The Merkurs
    Flogging Molly

Not the most underground bands ever, but they all have good songs and not a lot of people I know listen to them.

Billy Talent is awesome, probably the most popular Canadian band in 2004. Hopefully their new album will come out soon!

They gave one hell of a live show when they came to Prince George. As far as their new album is, aren't they recording it right now?
