Potentially seeing your name next to a news post on a fansite in the wide vast nothingness of the internet is greater currency than my blood. And I'm a universal donor.

Nothing is loading for me on the pixel-block front page... I guess I'm not the only one.

Weird, it began showing a few pixels then started all over again like the flash itself refreshed.

A lot of the fans on the official LP facebook are stupid. I swear they don't even pay attention to what the post is about and just comment on how much they love LP. Do they not know they have to go to linkinpark.com and post through twitter? I haven't seen one reply in relation to it at all.

This always happens. You just can't convince those people.

Perhaps we should write something on the wall or post something on their to have facebook fans do something? I'd say its worth a try to convince people to start doing something, no joke.

Seriously. I feel so bad for Linkin Park sometimes in terms of their fan base. Mike must do this on a regular basis over at the official site:

Zane, a lot of the fans on the official site are too stupid to follow those directions. I'm not afraid to say so either. That's why this forum doesn't allow teenie-boppers, spammers, or people with zero brainpower. Sure it cuts out a portion of the fanbase, but we'd rather have a respectable community with mostly intelligent members...then have a community overrun with idiots and teenies who are so stupid your IQ drops a few points just by reading their posts.

Seriously, I feel horrible for Mike sometimes when he's in a ustream chat because half the fans cream their pants when he logs in and flood the chat to the point the stream crashes. Idiots.

I do agree with the idea of creating fake twitters to expedite this. Sure it's not fair to twitter, but I'm sure they've had worse.

Well, official site forums for anything, be it sports teams, bands, or movies, tend to have the worst fans. It is the privately run ones that have the best people.

Making LP.com a "Community" is completely a FAIL.
