    Wtf, that's really odd.

Hell Manson really didn't like Limp Bizkit.

They seem like a good match actually. it sucks that it got to the point where Manson and Wes feel like they have to disparage Limp Bizkit in an attempt to maintain credibility. A "destructive force in art"? You'd think he was talking about the Chinese cultural revolution or something.

Who did Manson have playing guitar recently? I forget who John 5's replacement was.

Pretty weird combination I reckon. I like both artists though so it should be interesting.

To be honest though I don't really like all this Limp bashing. The way Manson (aswell as others including Wes himself) goes on about the band you'd think Wes was chained down and forced to play for Limp Bizkit.

It seems like a perfect combination, honestly, but yeah it is funny how they both bash Limp.

Wes used them for fame (or genuinely liked to play with them) and either way split when they lost popularity and is bashing them to seem cool as far as I can tell.

Wes has always maintained that he enjoyed working with the rest of Limp Bizkit bar Fred, and he left because while they were recording and touring Chocolate Starfish his relationship with Fred broke down completely. Then he was offered a place in the band again and decided to take it up to see if he could bear working with Fred in order to be part of a band with the others once more, or so he says. Obviously that didn't work out.
Whatever you think of them I honestly don't see how anyone can deny that Fred Durst became a black hole in regards to talent and Wes is completely within his rights to criticise him.

I can definitely agree. Fred let his ego get too big not just for himself but for the whole band and that is pure poison. Wes did what he had to do and I do not hate him for any of his decisions post-LB.
