Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (7/10) -- I understand the need to script a movie so it fits into a two and a half hour time frame but to leave out an entire scene (the logic problem with the potions Hermione solves for Harry) and then reference it later in the movie (when Dumbledore awards Gryffindor 50 House Points for something never explained) was stupid to me. Then again leaving out half of what they did made no sense to me. It was good but not great.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (8/10) -- This was a little better but it still had its flaws. There were a lot of sequences that were left out that shouldn't have been (can't think of any off the top of my head). Overall it was alright.

Damnit. I'm tired of people saying that lol. It's not a chick-flick. It's a very well-made, character-driven story that happens to have women in the lead roles instead of males (God forbid).:p

I might read the book though... "So what's this Captain Jack like?"

The Ruins- 8/10. Not too bad of a movie, definitely gets under your skin and stays there. The plants were kind of ridiculous but it wasn't that bad.

Not bad, I mean, it is a Will Ferrell movie. Not as good as his other sporting movies though.

Damnit that was an awesome film. Swearing irish, hitmen, blood, such gold humour. Definate must see.

    Lakai: Fully Flared 10/10
I dunno, some of you might not consider a skate video a movie, but I do, and I loved it. It truly is the best skate video out there at the moment. You just can't compete with a switch flip down a set of stairs, followed by said stairs detonating by way of napalm. Yes, that actually happened.

    Elementality Vol. 1 9/10
Skate video binge, haha. This one wasn't as technically perfect as Lakai, but it was still pretty great.
