I really have no desire to see The Hobbit. Quality seems lacking compared to TLOTR trilogy.

I'd be annoyed if the quality went from great to bad, if I was a brand new viewer starting off the marathon with The Hobbit trilogy; with an experience where the quality goes from great to bad. It would be inconsistent; ex: Star Wars episodes 1, 2, 3 vs. 4, 5, 6.

I think the problem is that folks immediately compare the film to TLOTR trilogy instead of viewing it as a new set of films preceding the trilogy itself. As far as I'm concerned, I'm going into it with no expectations other than watching it from the perspective that it was a film that was meant to exist before TLOTR trilogy.

    In Time 2/5

It was a good idea, with bad execution and poor acting. Such a shame too. One would think that Justin Timberlake would just go back to music with the shitty roles he's been in throughout his acting career.

I thought I was watching 2012 but then I realized it was a stream from New Zealand.

Indie Game: The Movie - 5/5

Really glad the guys that run the Humble Indie Bundle included it in the 7th bundle. A great insight into the making of indie games, and the hardships that the developers went through during the process.

    Cedar Rapids - ?/10

Only saw about half the movie, but out of the half that I saw, I really enjoyed, and it was hilarious.

Finally got a chance to watch Looper. It's pretty good overall but not a game changing film.

The Hurt Locker: 9/10 the 2nd time I see it, and it's so much better because I knew what to expect. I can't wait to see Zero Dark Thirty now

Absolutely yes. As someone who would love to go into this field, it was very informative.

Soundtrack is ace as well. Too bad I wasn't able to listen to it until now. I generally don't like adding anything in my top 10 albums of the year if I got it too late in the year.
