I'm athiest, however, my family's Jewish and I was brought up with the Jewish teachings and get presents for Chanukah, so I'm sorta Jewish

You sound like my dad he doesn't belive in anything. You are right about the bad people that go to church and stuff because my mom prays, fasts etc. and she does loads of bad stuff which the religion forbbids. This is my dad's motto: "If there's no hell you're f***ed". I'm Muslim but my dad acctually says the only religion he remotely likes (but still doesn't care) is a sect of Judisam where they belive that you should live life fully, there is lots of politics and they belive the Jews shouldn't have gone to Palestine....the one Madonna became. Do you know what kind of Judaism your dad is talking about. There is reform- not strict at all (I'm part of) protestant- sort of strict orthodox- very strict- those guys with the long beards

Yah know what after reading that article that that preist wrote aobut Marilyn Manson, i would ahve to say i'm defintely an agnostic.
I don't belive in God either, but I used to, now I hate it. I think the people who "could" belive in God need to feel someone is watching over them and answering their prayers. I think...well for me it made me feel safe and secure until I realised it was all in my mind and that "He" wasn't doing anything.
