Linkin Park is signed to do ten albums with Warner Bros, apparently. Ryan and I were talking about what they should do/release to use up their contract to get off the label. Mind you, this is a humorous topic, so no one get offended.. or whine. Or whatever the hell. They have four albums left. I've come to the conclusion that they should release all greatest hits albums. _Linkin Park: Greatest Hits From Meteora. _Linkin Park: Greatest Hits From Hybrid Theory. _Linkin Park: Greatest Remixes. _Linkin Park's Happy Fun Kid Hour! The last one would be a mash-up of Barney and Sesame Street songs, mixed with Linkin Park. What do YOU think?
I tihnk they should all put out solo cd's: 1) Joe gets one for electronic music 2) Chester solo cd 3) Rob tears it up on the drums for a cd, i mean it would be groundbreaking to just have drumming on a whole cd 4) Dave and Brad can record a guitar and bass cd, possibly do some accoustic stuff, i'm sure one of them has a good voice.

They could release an audiobook of 'From The Inside'. They could release an all-acoustic album like Godsmack did. Or 'Live In Flin-Flon, Manitoba'. I kind of agree with you about the money issue, but nobody would like to watch somebody guzzle the money you made. Who knows, they might just donate the extra money to charity or something.
I guess the LPU release would count, wouldn't it? But if they put it out in stores, I know I'd buy it because in my opinion, the Hybrid Theory EP is probably the best thing they've put out thus far.

Their music rocks. it would be cool to hear a Meteora remix but I can't see where you're getting the idea of Barney songs with LP songs..I'd die before I listened to that....I don't think they'd work with the Backstreet Boys either...of course....if they're desperate enough...heehee..I should mail Chester and ask him....
