Nickelback - If Everyone Cared
Breaking Benjamin - Defeated
I've been inspired to catch up on a few groups that I haven't been paying enough attention to recently. Today I've been nostalgic over Breaking Benjamin. 'Phobia' still stands for me as one of those perfect albums from opener to closer; it's so damn good.
Also, since 2009, I've only missed out on one album (Dark Before Dawn, 2013). I had no idea they'd had a 4 year gap and Ben had replaced the whole lineup; minus himself of course.
I know this isn't an album review topic, but It's been a pretty good album. Though I wish it offered something a bit different given the 4 years between projects and changes in musicians. 'Breaking The Silence' is my standout track from it.
Enter Shikari- Live Outside
I love Phobia! One of my favorite albums ever. Seen Breaking Benjamin live twice and they are great live as well.
Nothing But Thieves - Sorry (Acoustic)
Avril Lavigne - He Wasn't
I have to listen to when playing Under My Skin, but it's one of the least impressive songs from her vocally on that record, even though it has a very good instrument play.
Architects- Dead Man Talking
Avril Lavigne - My Happy Ending
Now one of the best midway through the record.
Sum 41 - Screaming Bloody Murder
PVRIS - Holy
Avicii - The Nights
I just love the lyrics of the song, especially the lines in the Chorus:
"He said, "One day you'll leave this world behind
So live a life you will remember."
My father told me when I was just a child
These are the nights that never die"
I wish my father told me that, but the only thing he told me is to get good grades and have the same job as him in the future.
Sum 41 - Crash
Bon Iver - Heavenly Father
Avril Lavigne - Unwanted
Sum 41 - 13 Voices
Avril Lavigne - Too Much To Ask
Billy Talent - Nothing To Lose
James Blake - The Wilhelm Scream
Billie Eilish - Copycat
Architects- All Love Is Lost
Flume - Say It (feat. Tove Lo)
This song is amazing! I never checked Tove Lo's own stuff, I must do.
