OSC demo.. T_T; It better be good. Like, with Mike rapping. I'm sick of fan versions.

If this track doesn't have Mike rapping two verses, Chester singing completely different lyrics, and a guitar solo, I am going to be SEVERELY PISSED THE FUCK OFF.

Ahh.. I do hope for different lyrics but I'm very doubtful about it. More rapping? bleh. More mike? Hell yea. EDIT: I hope mike is on lead vocals that would be awesome. Other sites says that it's a huge find and that we'll have to wait until Monday to find out why. I mean it's a spectacular find but it's not GI-normous. It would be if mike is singing though :). I'm happy either way because then I'd have something else to put in my Xero/HT/LP/FM/CB/MS/JH collection

Be prepared to be pissed off and leave the site in protest then. The demo is not drastically different but it's different enough for us to put it up for you guys. The lyrics are the same.

I'm not sure if this post was sarcastic, but if not...you should be grateful we're even providing this to you. People who are waiting for this song honestly need to stop being so rude and demanding things we cannot control.

We obviously can't change how the demo sounds.

Hmmmm I wonder if this is the one with a different bridge to the Shut up one...

Pretty cool though, that it's surfaced after so long. I didn't believe it existed.

It might be awesome for some people or it might suck to others. Either way we all get a little piece of history.

And that's all that matters. New music will come people be patient, for now we should be appreciative we even get this demo. I'm just hoping this demo is more raw, because with the lyrics Chester is screaming, the demo just might be way more badass for all us who crave a screamer song here and there.

mmm if it's like the others it may be rawer than the HT version of OSC.

If the difference is like the Part of Me demo where Chester screams the 'cut myself free' instead of Mike just saying it, I will be greatly pleased.

I've been reading this entire thread, and now that we know it's "Plaster," I'll say this...

If I hadn't been able to pick it up from the context, I'd still have no idea what "Plaster" is. I never immersed myself in that much information about the previous names of songs. Personally, I just enjoy Linkin Park's music.

So, I'm interested in hearing any differences, and I thank LPA and the other sites for sharing this when the time comes on Monday.

My question is this: is this something that the band has sent out after years of hiding, or was it dug up in the archives somewhere, or what? How did this come about and how'd you decide to share it amongst the four sites? I'm just curious, because it was a very clever and creative move.

It obviously worked in sparking interest. :D
