Nice and easy. Choose up to 3 songs from Linkin Park's new album "One More Light" and let's see which ones are the LPA favorites!
In order: One More Light, Sharp Edges, Sorry For Now. Some of the best songs they've ever written imo. P.S. You spelled "Save" as "Same" in your poll.
Right now, it's: 1) Sorry for Now 2) One More Light 3) Nobody Can Save Me Now But, this is an ever changing list for me. Sharp Edges or Invisible could easily be in the top 3 for me tomorrow. I love this record.
My top three have stayed the same, but everything else keeps growing on me more, and besides TTM being at number 4, I honestly wouldn't know how to rank the rest of the album.
OML NCSM SFN I think OML is the best song on the album but NCSM is my favourite to listen to....if you get me....i'm not even sure that makes sense
Nah that makes sense. I jam to SE more than OML, but I think that OML is a better song and appreciate it more. Much like I really jam to WFTE but of course TLTGYA is my favorite song and I appreciate that song more.
I'm glad there are people who can put my feelings into words for me because my brain is way too tired to make sense of what i mean
Nobody Can Save Me, Sorry for Now, and Invisible. I love OML and I think it's amazing but those three are my favorite to listen to, as @Tobin To Myself also put it.
Looks like I have a majority opinion. Voted Nobody Can Save Me, Sorry For Now, and One More Light. Each song has already made it into my top 30 Linkin Park songs while Sorry For Now and One More Light have already made it into my top 10 Linkin Park songs. They are the only 3 OML songs to make it in the top 30 with Halfway Right barely missing the cut. The album has a whole is fantastic but NCSM, SFN, HR, OML, and SE are league better than the other half of the album.
1. Sorry for Now 2. Nobody Can Save Me 3. One More Light May be in the top 20 for me, especially the first two. Honorable mention to "Invisible".
Still convinced Heavy is being really underrated just because it was released as a single. I think in time it will age better than comparable tracks like UIG or BID, maybe even Final Masquerade. Sorry For Now and OML were the obvious other 2 choices besides Heavy for me, only Nobody Can Save Me is a competitor I think. THe THe lack of love for Halfway right makes me sad (and the love for Sharp Edges still surprises me)
Comparable to UIG and BID you say? So comparable to an awful song (UIG) and the second worst song on it's respect album in my opinion and often considered the worst by the vast majority (BID) Sounds about right
I find Heavy is very comparable to BID in terms of purpose and how good it is. It's on the low end compared to the rest of the album, but it has a lot of mainstream appeal. BID was insanely well-received by radio and mainstream audiences, as has Heavy, but they pale in comparison to the albums in terms of individual quality. Also @BTorio I think Halfway Right is great. But I also really love Sharp Edges.
