I'd love it if I could buy it the day it comes out, but where I live, albums are a month late in the stores, so I'll listen to it the day it comes out and buy it when it shows up. I've heard "Guilty All the Same" and I plan on listening to "Until It's Gone" tomorrow. I need me some hype.
yeah, i'll pre-listen, if they like stream it on itunes or something i'll probably listen if it leaks earlier than that too tbh but i'll still be buying it anyway, it's just my LP pre-orders always come late, so i'll defo be hearing it before i get my cd/download

You can order online though. http://hr.cedeterija.com/ has CD's 2-3 days after they're released in the US, and they are delivered within 2 days.
I will listen to the leak as soon as it becomes available. Listening to the album when it leaks is much different than overplaying snippets and clips and shit like that for me. Of coarse I still am going to purchase a physical copy of the album, maybe even two, because I collect LP CD's & DVD's, so if there is a special edition and a standard edition, I will be doing that.
To wait so long between albums (much less these days), when it's available to be heard, I'm there with bells and whistles lol.
I always listen to at least the initial singles first, but for this one I want to keep everything else a surprise this time, until June 17th. With LT I ended up keeping about three or four tracks a surprise before the release. I want to surprise myself a bit more this time.
If you don't plan on listening to "Guilty" at all before you get the album, you'll do better than me ;D
Oh I'll listen whenever any song or snippet comes my way. Why do I need to wait until the release date? The whole "living things listening party" was a gimmick to boost sales. No thank you, I'll grab the leak and if the album is extremely good I'll order the album off of their website (and their website only).
So since you have to listen to GATS, is that the only song you are going to listen to until the album releases?
I'll listen to the singles that come out before the album drops, but that's it. It sounds like you're avoiding EVERYTHING, which is cool, too. Man, I wish I had your self-control
I'll absolutely listen to the album before buying it. I usually don't but I've really grown away from a lot of LP's catalogue, and my trust in them has been badly damaged by LT & UIG.
It usually takes a bit of time to adjust to new music, and to hear all the layers, so I usually grab the leak a few days before to spend some time with it so when the CD arrives I'm in the zone to "get" the themes and enjoy it
I admit that I will not wait for the real release date and get the phisical copy first, but I will buy it then. I heared GATS for a few times, and gonna listen UIG when the full album leaks: no snippets, no detached songs, no videos with any piece of the songs in the backs, just waiting the FULL release/leak. When it leaks I gonna listen to the full album in any crazy place with my big headphones, a better experience than the usual listening locked at my room, hahaha.
