yay linkin park! they really deserved it, and i voted consecutively during every commercial. last night, right before they announced the winner, i grabbed a pillow to scream in and my friend called me five seconds after i had been running around our whole downstairs area screaming, "OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH!!" i think that has been my girliest moment i think everyone was shocked, though, when Jet won for best rock video :wth: even THEY were shocked. drummer: this is something even WE didn't expect. the video is just them while they performed...lamely performed.
I was angry when Linkin Park lost to Jet in Best Rock. I really thought they should have won that one. I would have rather had Evanescence or Hoobastank take home the award for best rock. I was quite surprised and so happy when Linkin Park won Viewers Choice. Good Charlotte were always ahead of everyone in that catergory and I was surprised to see that on the day of the awards Linkin Park were ahead. I'm very happy Linkin Park won something - I think they're happier with viewers choce anyway, knowing that it was from the fans.
