Well, let's not characterize an entire nation through the actions of a few people. This rarely occurs here.
Oh snap. If The Wyrd Sisters trademarked or whatever their name, I'd imagine they would have a legit case. If the book/movie has a band named "The Wyrd Sisters", and the original is trademarked, they're have to pay royalties to the original band. Even if it's "The Weird Sisters", that's still too close to the orignal, I'd imagine.
