Writers Cove

I'd like members and staff alike to read this.

Writers Cove is pretty much deserted unless someone posts a piece of writing/lyrics etc. and it always seems to be the same people posting their pieces and replies. I urge more people to check out this part of the forum because there are some great pieces of work posted by people here. I think it would be great if more people were to show off their own writing and comment and critique peoples' work because right now it's like a ghost town and it generally always has been I think.

I know that some people are thinking "I don't need to read suicide notes and emos writing about how sad they are" but there's alot more talent here than that.

Let me know what you guys think.

 

I agree with you Hellflame. It is a ghost town.

I always like to stop by and read a few pieces and leave a comment when I have time. I've read some really good shit there and I hope people keep posting their work.

 

Some people just aren't interested by writing. Crazy, I know.

 

I agree...There are poems/lyrics/stories that are simply amazing...maybe another contest would make stuff happen?...sure the last one wasn't too long ago but a random contest with maybe a minor reward would do it?...maybe not even a reward...just a contest to sorrta...practise for the next bigger contest that comes along?

Then again, I haven't been as prone to posting stuff there as I used to.

Well maybe not, I've just wanted to say LIES all day.

But I can see there was practicly no point of me making this thread.

 

I have definitely noticed how the Writer's Cove is pretty much empty now. It is unfortunate.

I contest might help, it's hard to say.

I am just lucky enough to like "emo" writing lol.
