Is it possible to limit your player choices to only play players in any game, within your country as an automatic control?

My other half is whining about Americans on xbox live. I told him if he doesn't like it he should altogether stop playing.

On certain games will allow search preferences online. I know that Call of Duty: World at War for example has opinions to search for games/players in your local area and by that I mean country before then going onto the rest of the world. Games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 do not have an opinion to search locally first.

Even on WAW, there are still incidences where you will be paired with people from other countries.

Yes. Normally you will get into a game that is mainly full of Australian players but there may be a few players from somewhere else in there too. But as long as the host is Australian then you should have good connection.
