It's a vinyl record of songs that for some reason or another didn't make it onto College Dropout. They're all pretty cool. Self Conscious has the verses from a song in College Dropout, although at the moment I don't remember which one.
You could at least try to find out more about him and listen to more of his songs, so you at least sound smart when you state your opinion. Because an opinion starting off with "That West guy" just screams lack of information.
