Your HT Rituals / Traditions

Is there any special way you listen to one of the best albums ever: Hybrid Theory, anythying to do while listening like crank your speakers to Max, or do you just listen to it in anyway.
Personally, I'll usually only listen to it if it's cloudy or rainy, pretty much on crappy weather days. I'll listen to Meteora whenever but HT must be crappy weather. Anyone else wanna comment

 

in the morning when i wake up. lp cds get me going for the rest of the day

 

I listen to Forgotten blindfolded everyday before school.

 

hahaha thats hilarious....i just throw in hybrid theory when im getting ready for school in the morning...and listen to it on the way too!

 

I don't really have any traditions or rituals. I usually listen to it everyday, all the way through. Sometimes I lip sync the lyrics and jump up and down, acting like my remote is a guitar and mic. LOL. I used to look up and to the side when "I put my trust in you came on" I dont know why

 

I just put it in the CD player and listen to it.

 

I usually listen to it straight through once, and then put it on random play.

 

I listen to it anytime. In the morning, when I come back from school, before sleep...

 

I just listen to it.

 

I stand on my head when I listen to it.

Then I do some chants and dances.

 

I put on traditional tribal clothing, sacrifice 6 goats, paint a pentagram of blood on the floor, chant satanic praises, summon demon spirits and listen to Hybrid Theory.

 

I was going to write something like that. Then I decided not to because I didn't want to get warned for being a smartass.

I just listen to it. But... If I'm planning on listning to the whole thing and I skip a bit, I feel like I cheated and replay the song

 

My ritual.

On the road:
Sit down in comfortable chair. Must be comfortable for if not, it will anger the all mighty Hybrid Theory God. I carefully insert the official Hybrid Theory disc into my CD player. I sit with one hand on CD player so that if anything, it is safe, with my other hand doing as I wish (which is a danger seeing the Hybrid Theory God is really picky about hand positions). I then listen from track one, to track twelve. If the mantra was successful, I am able to go through it again, and make the Hybrid Theory God happier.

At home:
Just like on the road, but instead of hands protecting the case in which holds the sacred CD, it is all right to place it on a table or stable area.

Failing to keep the sacred disc of any scratches or damages will result in a loss of an arm or leg. If then you run out of legs and arms, you will be killed.

That is my Hybrid Theory ritual :chemist:.

Hybrid Theory God I've gone to name "Hyth" tells me in my dreams "perform the ritual... perform the ritual..." where I then wake up chanting a Hybrid Theory song, then falling back asleep after drawing the soldier on a wall with my own blood.

Every year, in my Hybrid Theorian tradition, I sacrafice a virgin for some personal purposes to the Hyth so he'll kill everyone else instead of me .

Yeah, I have the best "Hybrid Theory ritual/tradition" around .

 

the hybrid theory god was angry with me....i didnt take care of the precious hybrid theory...so the hybrid theory god told me to go out and buy a brand new one...and ever since then ive been the same...carefully place the cd into the cd player to aviod any damage that can become present!

Wherever I am, I like to sit back on the couch (or the car seat)..and listen to it

 

I don't listen to my copy anymore, I only listen to it on the computer, lest I scratch the sacred medium, encasing the music of the celestial beings.
