You should be warned for that, but I understand that's not going to happen. Whether or not Kurt Cobain isn't in a good place has nothing to do with why he did it. I'm sure the last thing that was running through his mind was whether or not his actions were sin according to the religion that is practiced among you and your family. That's the funny thing about religion. You have to have one. If you don't, your misguided in life. It's a sin not to have one and even more so if you don't follow the one that is most commonly practiced among where you live. If you want my honest opinion, I think the bible is complete bullshit. I could go on and on about the bible being written basically from word of mouth. I'm not saying I'm right, but in my opinion, the bible was written to bring people together in order to survive. Back then, you couldn't make it on your own. The bible was way of making people come together in the fear that they will endure the most painful situations if they did not follow. I think it's convienent how homosexuality is a sin, yet they were in desperate need of new life. You see, I firmly believe that you are following a book that was wrote to scare people into obeying those higher than them. At the same time, I do not force my views upon you so I would hope that you would do the same. Instead of laughing at people for worshipping pyramids and purple toads, maybe you should read the bible. Quiet frankly, a purple toad sounds a lot more realistic than a lot of the stories in the bible. You don't know how confusing Kurt Cobain's death is, do you? There was no suicide letter and there was nothing more than a gun that suggest he took his own life. Considering he was on heavy drugs, it would be pretty easy to make it look like he took his own life. Why should we be given the facts, anyways? If I killed myself, I wouldn't want someone to make a website about it, sharing the details of my death to anyone and everyone who clicks on a website.
2Pac is still alive. Back to being serious. I say he commited suicide and you don't believe me. How can you believe a site like cobaincase.com, if you don't even know that the facts presented there are true? [/b][/quote] Exactly, that is a great point. Who knows what you can believe. Once again it could just be someone doing it for plublicity.
Uh.. maybe because you're not famous and Kurt Cobain was? :wth: And another thing. If you believe that the bible is bs, why are you saying that it's a sin to have no religion? :wth: Nevermind the whole religioun thing, because it would be closed anyway
Yeah it is really confusing coz different people think different things. The notes were leaving Nirvana or leaving courtney or something like that.
When you say it's a sin to not have a religion, I hope you mean that's how it's perceived in the eyes of others. The word "sin" has a religious undertone, so if you don't even follow a religion, you can't, strictly speaking, be committing a sin. It's a paradox. I'm Christian, so I wouldn't exactly say it's a load of BS but a lot of the Bible is self-contradictory. I just think people should treat it as a guide instead of a book of rules. That way, they won't be too fanatical about things. Cobain's death was reported as a suicide by the media, but it could easily have been a homicide. On the other hand, if the facts presented on cobaincase.com are not to be believed, then it may be a suicide. The only evidence the public has access to is the suicide note (and yes, there was one), which, assuming that it has not be tampered with, shows no sign whatsoever of a man wanting to commit suicide. If you read the note from the perspective of a man about to quit the music business, it all makes more sense. You're no Kurt Cobain.
I don't believe it's a sin, I was referring to what others believe. Technically, it wasn't a suicide note. Just a letter about quitting the industry... for awhile. Because he was famous gives us a right?
He must of went though a lot to make him decide to kill himself. Me and Josh were talking about him today and he thinks that Courtney Love killed him. I think she's 100% innocent.
After hearing what Courtney said at the funeral thanks to a mate finding it...I kinda feel sorry for her
